Refund policy

If you're not happy with your online purchase, you can return items within 30 days of purchase or receiving your package for an exchange or store credit. You must provide your Receipt/Order#. Please ensure the items are:

• Unworn
  
• Unwashed
  
• Have their original tags
  
• In "sellable condition"
  

If your item meets the above requirements, you can request a return through our self-serve return portal by logging into your customer account. Customers will be responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label.

You must provide the receipt for a return. Please note, gift cards and sale/clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are returning an item for a reason not due to our error, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us at:
